About Learn Play Create
Learn Play Create was set up by Tim Parfitt, a Glasgow based community arts specialist with over ten years’ experience working with schools, youth groups, charities and organisations in developing and delivering successful workshop programmes.
Tim's speciality is empowering people to break down barriers, build confidence and to develop new skills in a fun and engaging way.
He also has extensive experience working and performing on outdoor events and parades including the Paisley Halloween Festival with
Cirque Bijou, the Glasgow Style Mile Parade with Bridgeman Arts, Adeneen with Modo and Burns Alicht with Carrick Rural Arts Group.
